Sales and distribution: PFT BOARDMASTER
Knauf PFT GmbH & Co. KG assumes distribution for dry wall construction cutting tables.
The company PFT, which in the past mainly concentrated on plastering and dry mortar technology, is now facing the subject of dry wall construction and has entered a distribution alliance with Magacon.
Magacon Technologies GmbH, with its company headquarters in Haiming, Austria, has transferred Knauf PFT GmbH & Co. KG the distribution rights for its portable board cutting tables. Their global distribution has thus become the task of the committed PFT service staff; only the US and the Canadian market remain to be served by Magacon directly.
In July 2010, the sale of the high-performance cutting tables PFT BOARDMASTER L and PFT BOARDMASTER XL was initiated.
“For PFT, assuming the distribution rights for Magacon’s cutting tables not only presents an excellent addition to the existing product range - the focus of which lies on system machines technologies for entire construction sites - but is at the same time an ideal first step in offering high-quality machine technology for dry wall construction companies,” says PFT General Manager Dr York Falkenberg with regards to the new distribution partnership. “Apart from that, the PFT BOARDMASTER cutting table excellently fits the synergy concept of the whole Knauf Group.”
